Now I will not lie. These guys do not stick out as a wow. They have however been in the business for 12 years if you read the claims on the website. They claim to support “…over 500 websites, 3000 operators who manage over 2.5 million scheduled hours a month.” That is quite a lot of activity. That have been in the business long enough. They partner with the same vendors as the rest allowing for multiple payroll options integration to quick-books and alike.
Like many of the other platforms we reviewed and discussed they have many of the insurance and medicare type billing options. It is great if you need that but one of the problems with software we have seen that Private Duty often does not get much of a focus but the Medical systems can be partially used to meet Private Duty’s needs.
Overall we were not blown away, but they know this industry very well and hey “2.5 million” shifts a month is a lot of processing.
