Why is PrivateDutySoftware trying to help companies rate software?
– Software for any business can be difficult. Just try to buy an anti-virus program at your local IT store. No less than twenty Private Duty applications all doing the same thing in a few different ways all proclaiming to be the best. We have gone through this issues in our own business so we had our IT guy put this rating system together for us. You tell us what you think. Post your own review…
How did you get your information?
-We just asked. Each of these companies have sales people that will give you more information than you can read in a couple of weeks. We asked they provided and from the data we made a rating. Please feel free to vote on your preferred software as well and we will move up the rating based on the feedback we get from those who use the system.
What scale is used to do the ratings?
-We tried to be fare in all of our ratings. So we used the following system for adding points to a software platform.
- Software has over 100 users
- Software can schedule multiple offices
- Software has a telephony component
- Software can integrate into 1 or more accounting systems
- Software is desktop, server, or online based.
- Software can match users based on client preference
- Software has remote access capabilities
- Software has a mobile application or access
- Software provides detailed reporting capabilities
- Software is HIPAA compliant or support HIPAA compliance
- Software is easy to use
- Software vendor provides online or in person training
- Software vendor support has dedicated support number or email (quick response = 1 hour or less)
- Software can be run on multiple operating systems (MAC, Windows, Linux)
- Software has CRM component or 3rd party integration.
